QIL is committed to offering locally-made, unique, fun, customizable and impactful training programs to the low-skilled, unemployed Nunavummiuts and other professionals. The programs are explicitly designed in both Inuktut and English languages to meet the needs and demands of local businesses and industries.
These programs are built using cloud-based learning management systems, to create an intuitive, interactive and appealing learning environment. The content will incorporate eLearning techniques like micro-learning, blended learning, games, quizzes, videos, animations and infographics to keep the learner engaged and motivated.
